Imphal: Manipur has been crippled by an economic blockade brought on by a stand-off between rival Naga and Kuki groups.
It's the 98th day of the blockade and the state has just one day of fuel supply left, government spokesperson N Biren told local media.
The state govt released its last stock of petroleum products on Saturday. Over 100 Trucks are stranded on National Highway 37 as the Jatingha bridge needs urgent repair.
Other key highways are blocked because of the blockade impose by the United Naga Council.
