Four suspected members of a radical Islamist sect have been charged with orchestrating a suicide bombing on United Nations headquarters in the Nigerian capital last month that killed at least 23 people. They face the death penalty if found guilty.

He is currently in Saudi Arabia recovering from wounds sustained during an attack on the presidential compound in June.

Delhi blast: Toll rises to 15



A man injured in the Delhi High Court blast succumbed to injuries today, taking the death toll in the terror attack to 15.
58-year-old Rattan Lal died at 8:20 a.m. in the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. He was in a serious condition and both his legs had been amputated, doctors said.
