Pearl Academy of Fashion has launched a post graduate certificate programme in entrepreneurship for creative industries. AKG Nair, group director, Pearl Academy of Fashion, says, "India ranks second in terms of innovation and the entrepreneurial viewpoint or method. This programme was launched to provide required entrepreneurship skills and knowledge to aspiring young professionals in creative industries."
The one-year programme will also put them through a simulated process of taking risk to ensure success. It will induct 15 students. After doing this course students can start their own enterprise with seed money from venture capitalists or banks. Return will vary according to the industry they want to start their business in.
