Accusing Nitish Kumar of practising double standards on corruption, LJP chief Ram Vilas Paswan on Sunday said his "mask" has come off with reports of a CBI officer testifying in a Ranchi court that the Bihar Chief Minister had received money in the fodder scam.
"The mask of Mr Clean (Nitish Kumar) has now come off. The incident is a pointer to his involvement in corrupt practices from the very beginning. The corrupt practices of Kumar continued after he became Chief Minister," Paswan said.
Paswan's reaction came after reports of a CBI officer testifying in a special court in Ranchi on Friday that Kumar had received money in the fodder scam.
Accusing the Bihar Chief Minister of "practising double standards" , the LJP leader said allegations of corruption in Bihar government have become common ever since Nitish Kumar came to power.
