The actor refuses to have ‘Don 2’ trailer in his upcoming Eid release
No one wants to mess with Salman Khan and Reliance Entertainment’s wish of releasing ‘Don 2’ trailer with ‘Bodyguard’ has been dashed. The actor has flatly refused to have any mention of arch-rival Shah Rukh Khan’s film in his upcoming release.

However, Salman had no problems having the promo of Shah Rukh’s BFF Karan Johar’s film ‘Agneepath’ which is slated to release in 2012. Apparently, the actor is trying to mend bridges with KJo and may also work in a Dharma Production film later this year. Earlier, he had rubbed Hrithik Roshan the wrong way when he passed some snide remarks on his role in ‘Guzarish’.
“Since both the movies are produced by Reliance Entertainment, it made sense to have ‘Don 2’ trailer than ‘Agneepath’ but Salman flatly refused saying ‘Bodyguard’ is also his film and he has the right to decide which promo trailer will be a part of the film,” says a source.
Shah Rukh and Salman Khan’s rivalry goes back to 2008 when the two fought at Katrina Kaif’s birthday party and have not seen eye-to-eye ever since. So much so, that they have consciously avoided coming face to face with each other.
