Delhi building collapse kills five

At least five people have been killed in a building collapse in the Indian capital, Delhi, police say.
Rescuers freed a boy who was trapped overnight when the building in the crowded Chandni Mahal area collapsed as he was passing by late on Tuesday.

Police say about 25 people have been injured and four are in a critical condition. Residents say more people may be trapped under the rubble.
Poor construction material is often behind building collapses in India.
Nearly 70 people died in a building collapse in Delhi last November.
After Tuesday night's crash, paramilitary soldiers and firefighters worked through the night to remove debris as they searched for the victims.
Witnesses said the crash was accompanied by a loud noise.
"We were in the house when the building collapsed and we heard a loud thud. When we came out, we saw that the building had turned into rubble," Reuters news agency quoted eyewitness Rizwan as saying.
He said his cousin was killed when he was buried under the rubble of the two-storey building.
It is not known what caused the collapse but some reports said it was a very old and dilapidated building.
