The company that chose the tenant of London's Olympic Stadium after the 2012 Games says the procedure was not compromised by an employee working as a paid consultant for winning bidder West Ham.
An independent auditor found that Olympic Park Legacy Company director of corporate services Dionne Knight did not have access to confidential information, and did not pass on any such information on to West Ham or anyone else.
The OPLC's board upheld its decision to select West Ham ahead of Premier League club Tottenham.
Second-tier club West Ham hopes to leave its current 35,000-seat Upton Park home in 2014 after the Olympic Stadium is downsized from 80,000 to 60,000 seats.
