Kishtwar: A week after the Delhi High Court blast that killed 14 people, investigators have a fresh lead.
Sources have told NDTV that two young boys - Shariq and Abid - who were arrested by the police in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir for sending an email claiming responsibility soon after the blast, have led investigators to their handler.
A National Investigation Agency (NIA) team is in Kishtwar investigating the new lead.
Both the boys arrested are students of Class 11 at a government higher secondary school in Kishtwar. Police sources said the boys had sent the email from a Kishtwar cyber café. They said Shariq had dictated the content of the mail, while Abid typed it out. But the police believes that the boys did not compose the mail as many legal terms were used in it.
The NIA had zeroed in on the Kishtwar cybercafé within a day of the blast and had questioned the owner last week.
